Let me share one of my favorite dishes, which is hot pot with chicken breast and cabbage. It’s packed with protein, low in fat, and only takes about 30 minutes to make. The only thing is, chicken breast can get a bit tough, so I soak it in a mix of sugar, salt, and water for about an hour. That way, it stays nice and tender. (It’s also really good with ponzu sauce!)
